I read in the paper today that the Army 1st LT who refused to return to Iraq is being charged with, among other things, "speaking contempuously of the president." Good thing Army rules don't apply here. Makes we wonder, if that rule had been rigorously enforced during the Clinton administration how many of the current Pentagon residents would have found themselves in Leavenworth?
