I suspect, although I’ve never been there, Blue Moon Books in Landrum is akin to Seattle Dan’s haven of sanity and grace. I suspect Blue Moon Records on Main Street in Hendersonville is a companion to Blue Moon Books.

I'll have to go out into this beautiful spring day (blue, cloudless skies; 78F) to drive home from work, with the sunroof open, Dire Straits on the CD, and try to make sense of this crazy world and my depressingly humble place in it.
