Of course, if he wass trying for that, he failed miserably. To wear something that you would take ice-fishing or, in the Veep's case, duck hunting (even with Scalia, important though he may be) at a ceremony as sombre as the one at Auschwitz...tasteless, tactless and downright f***ed up. He had to rush to the local Wal-Mart (built on the ruins of the main oven complex at Auschwitz) and that's all they had in his size. Then he had to play it off legit for the rest of the day. The experience would have given him another heart attack if it hadn't been for his various cybernetic implants.
