You kind of have to agree with Scalia when he says the duck hunt won’t affect his impartiality. Scalia has no impartiality.

I’m not sure why they are even trying the case. We still have the same folks who selected the president. Why would they risk an election that they couldn’t throw?
It’s all ready decided, Bush wins and Cheney is nominated for saint hood.
