Well, happy anniversary. Two years? I thought that I was sort of a new comer but actually I've been reading this blog for most of its fine and wonderful life. It certainly means a lot to me, a great source of humor, and a place to see the absurdity of the present administration in a different way. By laughing, at the horror it seems to make it more manageable. It’s also enjoyable to see what the other fellow commenters have to say. Almost all of the regulars are obviously very bright and well educated. Where else can a post on Rumsfeld turn into an exercise in finding new verses for Gilbert and Sullivan. (I am the very model of a presidential imbecile) It is like a weird but fun family Tonight I'll raise a glass of imported Chardonnay in your honor. Uh, a little lower, uh… little to the left,.. ahhh just right.

First of all, it seems silly to do so when you’ve built a “brand” on the ‘net…

but mostly, I really like the name; and think it actually expresses the satirical worldview, or something…
