I heard last week’s foul prevention of your winning Wait Wait. I had noticed the story & knew what Peter was doing, but the Santa question violated all of what seem to be the show’s principles of presenting weird news in a totally accurate matter (except for the known lies segment). You may inform Peter & Carl that I believe Charlie should be stripped of his ill-gotten prize & it should be awarded to the victim of their scurrilous cheat!

As the person who “pilloried” Tom Bridge for spamming, I do apologize. (And I did post an apology — I guess no one saw it.) It wasn’t my intention to make an innocent victim look bad; it was a probably knee-jerk reaction to feeling like the comment threads were being hijacked. In retrospect I probably should have just emailed you, Adam — it would have been more discrete and probably more effective.

I can’t believe the travesty that was the obvious pro-cruxifiction bias of the Wait Wait staff… Its getting so you can’t be near a Home Depot anymore if Wait Wait is it town. I am already dreading what Easter will be like.

hmm, i guess i should also apologize to tom bridge for calling him “stupid” and “lazy.” hmm, wait, but he still made that initial comment. would it still be okay to call him “stupid” for not understanding adam, or should i call him “lazy” for apparently not reading the post thoroughly?

as for “ragging on,” i never thought of it in those terms. well, that explains a lot.
