Actually the only thing that counts is how the war is percieved by the voting public. As long as they can control the perception, all is fine. So no more photos of bodies arriving at Dover. Lets see if we can get any more home town papers to print our "happy troops" form letter. Lets chide the press for only covering the bad news. The actual events are irrevelant. If more terrorists are produced, and more Americans are killed each day, at its heart it's still a PR problem. As long as we don't look French, all is fine. How about an Other Basic Lessons Rumsfeld Didn't Learn list: If you eat to much candy your tummy will hurt. Brush your teeth so you won't get cavities. Don't eat yellow snow.
