The sky is blue and clear here today just as it was 2 years ago. I don't remember seeing any planes today either, although that is not that unusual out here. My place is 45 miles east, south east of Shanksville and to the best of my knowledge directly in the flight path of Flight 93. I have always thought of it, not in terms of miles, but in minutes, about 5 or 6 I think. Had things happened only a bit later the plane could have come down here and not into a field at the edge of a woods, six minutes away.

It is so strange- like so many people when the buildings were up I didn't even like how they looked. Now that they are gone they look so beautiful to my eyes- I can't believe I ever thought differently.
