Bush has been pushing the WWII imagery since the 2000 Republican Convention. It became clear to me even then that George was planning to attack someone. I was relieved when he went into Afghanistan because I thought that would allow him to get his war jollies over with. Watching George feels just like watching the Star Wars prequils. We already know what is going to happen and are just watching it unfold. And here I just figured that he needed to find a place where the protesters wouldn’t follow.
