Or maybe they're just a little too much like those pen thingies, which we all know are mightier than swords. Keep the pencil cases away from the moles--or else you know those scawwy scalawags will hide their wowwisome weapons inside! The Blix already has way too many hidey-holes to search without allowing pencil cases to be freely traded....
